Start/ Save Recording

1. Long press the power button to turn the device on.

2. Press the red recording button on the left side to start recording.

3. Press it again to save the recording.

4. Supports up to 7 hours of continuous recording and 4 hours 55 minutes per single session. Stores up to 175 hours of audio.

Note: All data are based on laboratory test; actual performance may vary depending on user conditions.

Select The Appropriate Mode

1. Swipe right to unlock then click the cardon top right.



2. Tap the small icon in the top right corner, then slide to select the appropriate mode.

Differences between 4 Modes

Note: The 2+4 microphones activate differently in each mode to suit your specific recording needs

1.Intelligent (Default): For most scenarios; two mics active.
Note: Top mic should face the speaker

2.Meeting: For multi-person recordings; all mics active.
Note: Please place the recorder flat and keep the top mic facing up

3.Lecture: For speeches up to 10m; two mics active.
Note: the top mic should face the speaker

4.Interview: For 1-on-1 or small groups (up to 3 people); all mics active, top mic aimed at the interviewee.

Using Transcription:

l. Real-time:

1.Start recording for instant transcription.(The transcription engine is activated during startup, which may cause a delay of around 10 seconds.)

2.Tap the top-right icon to switch languages

3.Adjust languages in Settings > Transcription Settings if needed.

4.5 languages are available for transcription: English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Russian

II. Re-transcription:

Completed transcriptions support re-transcription, and it's free of charge.


1.Go to My Files, select Transcription, and choose the language.

2.Click Re-transcribe and wait for it to complete.

Note: External audio not supported

Export Files


1.Connect the recorder to your computer via USB, unlock the recorder showed USB is used, then click "Export Files" when computer pomp up "SR302 Pro" drive.


2.Locate the "Record File" folder on "SR302 Pro" and copy the files.

Note: Next to the Windows (C) drive is the 302pro file storage drive.
Note: For Mac computers, consider installing the Android File Transfer tool.

Delete Files

1.Single files management

Swipe left on the file you want to delete and tap the trash can icon. Then click "Delete" to remove the file.

2.Batch files management

Tap the icon at the top right corner, select multiple or single target files, and then tap "Delete."

Upgrade Offline Language Packages and System Version

l. On the iFLYTEK Smart Recorder:

1.Go to Settings > Transcription Settings >Manage Language Package.

2.Tap Update Language Pack and scan the QR code.

3.Click "Settings" - "System Resources"-"System Update" - click to check for updates.

II.Via Computer:

1.Connect the recorder to your computer via USB and select Update when prompted.
Note: Additionally, to update on a Mac,follow the same steps used for exportingfiles to download and install thepackage.
2.Open the upgrade disk, click Systemand Offline Language Pack Update, and download the latest package.
