Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing iFLYTEK. To ensure a seamless shopping experience and provide transparent post-sales support, we have established the following Return and Exchange Policy.

Order Cancellation

  • Pre-Shipment: If your order has not yet entered the fulfillment process, you may contact customer support to request a cancellation. A 100% full refund will be issued at no cost to the customer.
  • Post-Shipment: If the order has already been dispatched (i.e., a tracking number has been generated), cancellation requests will be processed under our "30-Day Change of Mind" policy. In this case, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and applicable processing fees.

30-Day Change of Mind Policy

We accept returns within 30 calendar days of delivery for any reason, as long as the product is free from human-induced damage.
  • Shipping Responsibility: All return shipping costs are to be fully covered by the customer.
  • Refund Evaluation Criteria: The final refund amount will be determined based on the condition and completeness of the returned product:

  • Standard Refurbishment & Restocking Fee ($20): For opened products, this fee covers professional performance testing, sanitization, re-packaging, and market depreciation due to the product transitioning to "Open-box" status.
  • Accessory Replacement Cost: If original accessories are missing, the current retail price of those accessories on the iFLYTEK Official Store will be deducted from the refund.

 


"Replacement Only" Warranty Policy

Core Service Commitment

  • One-Year Replacement Only: Within one year from the date of delivery, if the product experiences hardware performance failure due to non-human causes, iFLYTEK commits to providing a replacement unit rather than a repair.
  • Replacement Standards: A brand-new unit of the same model will be provided. If the model is discontinued or out of stock, we will provide a substitute of equivalent value or a pro-rata refund.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects or hardware quality issues. The following are excluded:
  • Accidental Damage: Damage caused by dropping, crushing, liquid immersion, or exposure to extreme humidity/environments.
  • Misuse: Damage resulting from failure to follow the user manual or the use of non-official third-party accessories.
  • Unauthorized Modification: Self-disassembly, unauthorized repairs, or tampering with the device.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Natural battery degradation over time or cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, etc.) from regular use.

 


Return/Exchange Process

  • Submit Request: Contact support@iflytekglobal.ai with your Order ID and the reason for the return.
  • Obtain RMA Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and the return address.
  • Ship the Product:
  • Change of Mind: Customer arranges shipping and must provide a tracking number.
  • Quality Issues: iFLYTEK will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
  • Inspection: Upon receipt, the warehouse will verify the product's condition within 7 business days.
  • Refund/Replacement Issue: Once verified, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-15 business days, or a replacement unit will be shipped within 3-7 business days.

 


Non-Returnable Conditions

iFLYTEK reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange request if any of the following apply:
  • Expired Window: Application submitted more than 30 calendar days after delivery.
  • Human-Caused Damage: Damage due to misuse, unauthorized disassembly, or accidental drops/liquid ingress.
  • Incomplete Unit: The main product is missing, or the Serial Number (SN) is altered or does not match the original order.
  • Missing Proof of Purchase: Failure to provide a valid order ID, invoice, or payment record.
  • Logistics Risk: Items returned without an authorized RMA or items severely damaged during return transit due to improper packaging.
  • Non-Authorized Purchase: Failure to purchase the product from the iFLYTEK Global store will result in ineligibility for refunds or returns.

 


Important Notes

  • Promotional Items: For "Change of Mind" returns, any free gifts included with the order must be returned. If not returned, the market value of the gift will be deducted from the refund.
  • Data Erasure: Please back up and erase all personal data from the device before returning it. iFLYTEK is not responsible for any data loss or privacy concerns regarding returned devices.
