Shipping Destinations
We ship to the United States, Canada, and other international destinations supported at checkout. Available shipping options depend on your delivery address and the items in your order. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability and shipping charges before payment.
We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. If no shipping option is available for your address, please contact support@iflytekglobal.ai for assistance.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. The estimated transit times below begin after dispatch and do not include order processing time. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.

Shipping methods are available only where offered at checkout. The shipping charge and free-shipping eligibility for your specific order, including orders exactly at a listed threshold or containing both devices and accessories, are confirmed at checkout before payment. US$ amounts are in U.S. dollars; € amounts are in euros.
Tracking Your Order
After dispatch, we will provide tracking information so you can follow your shipment. Tracking updates may not appear immediately after a shipping label is created. If you need help locating your tracking information, email support@iflytekglobal.ai with your order number.
Shipping Delays and Delivery Issues
Transit times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs clearance, public holidays, severe weather, or carrier disruptions may affect delivery. If we cannot dispatch your order within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and provide delay, cancellation, and refund options as required by applicable law.
Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to make a correction, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once fulfillment has started.
If your package is delayed, arrives damaged, or is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us promptly. We will help investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution. A delivery scan alone does not automatically close your claim.
