This website, store.iflytek.com (the “Site”), is operated by IFLYTEK (HONG KONG) COMPANY LIMITED (“iFLYTEK,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site and purchases made through it.

Please read these Terms before using the Site or placing an order. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Our online store is powered by SHOPLINE. iFLYTEK, rather than SHOPLINE, is the seller of products purchased through this Site.

1. Use of the Site

To place an order, you must be legally able to enter into a binding contract under the laws that apply to you. You agree to provide accurate and current contact, billing, and shipping information.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right. These Terms and the applicable order details and policies form the agreement for your purchase, without excluding representations or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
