Return / Refund Policy
For return or refund requests, we will respond to your email within 2 business days with further instructions — either providing return guidelines or confirming the refund process.
Please allow 10–15 business days for your return or refund to be fully processed, depending on your shipping time and our warehouse handling time.
Returns
Our return policy allows for returns or exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate return or refund requests after this period.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in good condition and returned in its original packaging. You may open the packaging to inspect the product; however, the item must remain undamaged, and include all original components and accessories.
We understand you may need to open the package to inspect the item — that’s totally fine, as long as everything is returned in good condition and with the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return the item without contacting us first.
We will respond to your return/refund request within 2 business days with the next steps. Once the returned item is received, please allow 1–3 business days for us to inspect the device. After the inspection is complete, the return or refund will be processed accordingly.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, your refund will be processed automatically. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment, typically within 1–3 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. If there are any issues with your return, we will contact you directly.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow the steps below:
Double-check your bank account to ensure the refund hasn’t been received.
Contact your credit card provider, as it may take several business days for the refund to be officially posted. If you’ve completed all the steps above and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at support@iflytekglobal.ai. We’ll be happy to assist you further.
Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for returns and refunds. However, any refund will be issued based on the actual price paid at the time of purchase, not the retail price.
Exchanges (1-Year Warranty — Replacement Instead of Repair)
We offer a 1-year warranty for all products(accessories are not included). Within the warranty period, if your item experiences non-human (non-user-caused) damage, we will provide a replacement instead of repair.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Shipping
If the return or exchange is a result of a product defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. You will not be charged for shipping in this case.
For returns or exchanges made for personal reasons (such as simply not liking the product), customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please note that delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
Shipping insurance
Please note that shipping insurance covers the delivery of the product to the customer and ensures safe arrival. In the event of a return or exchange, the cost of shipping insurance is non-refundable.
