(1) You can add new tasks directly to the Task module.

Generally, we will promptly push the latest version to users. Users only need to pay attention to the push notifications received or check if the [Settings] icon at the top of the office notebook has a badge notification. If users want to manually check for updates: On the office notebook's home screen, click the [Settings] icon at the top, select [All Settings], then [Check for Updates]. After entering, you can check for updates to see if a new version is available for upgrade.
